Professional Background:

​

Andrew is a Probate, Trusts & Estates Law attorney with offices in Southern California.  Andrew provides focused counsel and attention to single individuals, married couples, families, and older adults, including proud representation of our region's vibrant LGBTQ+ community.  Andrew takes pride in tailored work for each of his clients' specific estate planning needs, and Andrew regularly handles Probate matters in the Superior Court(s) of the State of California.  In 2013 Andrew took over the Law Office of Frank D. Peck, Esq., when Frank retired from practice. Andrew is also currently a member of the California Lawyers Association (CLA) Trusts & Estates Section.

Andrew also regularly practices Immigration and Naturalization Law representing Southern California's Immigrant population. Since entering private practice in 2010, Andrew's office has worked with his father, Sanford B. Reback, Esq., of Reback Law Office.  Together, they have helped thousands of Immigrants and their families receive visas, legal permanent residence, US Citizenship, and DACA.   Andrew is a member of the American Immigration Lawyer's Association (AILA).

Education and Personal History:

​

Andrew was born and raised in Woodland Hills (City of Los Angeles), California.  Andrew attended Taft High School, where he proudly served two terms as Student Body President.  Andrew earned his B.A. degree graduating from the University of California, Berkeley, and completed his J.D. law degree from Loyola Law School (Los Angeles).  In 2008 Andrew was admitted to practice law by the State Bar of California.  Andrew is married to his spouse Francisco, and they live happily in the Sherman Oaks neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA.
