Andrew is a Probate, Trusts & Estates Law attorney with offices in Southern California. Andrew provides focused counsel and attention to single individuals, married couples, families, and older adults, including proud representation of our region's vibrant LGBTQ+ community. Andrew takes pride in tailored work for each of his clients' specific estate planning needs, especially as aging occurs. After time spent working together in association for many of our clients on their case matters, Andrew fully took over the Law Office of Frank D. Peck, Esq., when Frank happily retired in 2013 after over 40 years of practice. Currently a member of the Trusts & Estates Section of the California Lawyers Association, Andrew focuses a majority of his legal work on Probate, Trusts & Estates.
Andrew also dedicates some of his legal practice time to representing Southern California's Immigrant population. Since entering private practice in 2010, Andrew's office has worked in association with his father, Sanford B. Reback, Esq., of Reback Law Office. Together, they have successfully helped thousands of Immigrants and their families receive visas, legal permanent residence, and US Citizenship, through family unification, employment sponsorship, and humanitarian relief. Andrew and Sanford have gladly secured DACA status for dozens of our nation's "Dreamers", with current renewals ongoing. Andrew also continues to represent Immigrants fighting against deportation and removal in Immigration Court, and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyer's Association (AILA).
Through his legal work and advocacy, Andrew counsels and helps some of the most vulnerable members of our society.
As the owner and sole lawyer at Andrew L. Reback, Attorney at Law, APC, Andrew is also an entrepreneur and employer, with experience starting, running, and maintaining a successful law practice business.
